Helmet communication kit is a product brand NavComm dedicated for air sports where there is a need for radio communications. It was created by the merger of two other of our products - NG-100 helmet and headphones NC100H series.

NG-100 is a helmet, the shell is made of fiberglass and has a multilayer structure - three layers of the whole crust plus an additional, fourth layer in areas particularly vulnerable to mechanical injury. The thickness of these layers varies between 1.5 - 2 mm. The interior is lined with a helmet-type EPS Styrofoam with a thickness of 20 - 25mm (depending on the size of the helmet). The last layer is a soft finish made of sponge trimmed wysokogatunkowym, pleasant to the touch and wear-resistant material. Is attached to the helmet visor. The task is to protect the viewfinder of the face and eyes from the gusts of strong wind, dust and small objects such as podrywanymi the ground by a series of propellers. Visor is made of polycarbonate, hardened glass on one side with a thickness of 1.8mm.

The supplied headphones NC-100H has passive electronics, which includes speaker inserts a 20-17000 Hz frequency response, and electret or dynamic differential microphone (depending on requirements). The microphone is mounted on a flexible gooseneck arm. Secured to the arm to the body of the handset is adjustable resistance force and the ability to rotate by an angle of 320 degrees which allows parties to replace the handset. Both liners are commonly realized through the volume control potentiometer placed over the microphone holder. The second handset is mounted PTT (Push-To-Talk).

Headphones NC100H series are available with gel inserts that improve comfort, or standard sponge inserts.

Attaching the headset to the helmet provides a mechanism for jumping to allow shells on the outside bend at the time of setting up and pull the helmet.

Since the selection of the proper size is crucial to keep the parameters of protective helmet before purchase is recommended for measurement of head and taking into account the thickness of additional items of clothing such as a balaclava.
